Dr. Kochhar has been a pioneer in introducing Laparoscopic Surgery to even the remotest areas of north India and has been instrumental in introduction of Laparoscopic Surgery in Afghanistan.
He also started a society with the name of “Tubular Vision” which has Gynaecologists and surgeons as members from all over India and abroad.
